 Who We Are

At NDG, we strive to plan and design the built environment to exceed our client’s expectations with efficient yet inspiring design solutions.  We supplement our in-house production capabilities with cost-effective, outside construction documentation firms with whom we have long-standing relationships.  This keeps our fees competitive and represents a real value to our clients.  When combined, each of these approaches to design philosophy, costs control, and process is critical to maximizing the client’s return on investment and the individual’s experience of the built environment.

We are licensed in California and the founder, Eric Nyhus, is LEED accredited (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design).  Eric has been involved in the designing and building of residential and hospitality projects in Northern California and around the world for over two decades. NDG is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, California.
